Essential Oils and Travel

Essential oils for Traveling

If you are like me, you love to take your oils with you everywhere! Some people ask me if you can take essential oils on air planes, the answer is yes!! I do all the time. When going on a plane it is not always a great experience. There is a fear of heights, nausea and headache for a lot of people.

The flying experience starts at the beginning when you are getting your ticket, getting through security finding your gate (are the two worst things when flying for me just saying :O) ) and then the wait for the flight.  While doing all that you have a lot of other people to deal with and some can be not so nice to be around. Can you say STRESS!!!!

If you are like me, getting through this kind of travel would be especially awful if you forget your essential oils. Essential oils can help you keep calm when the world around you is in caous.

When taking your essential oils with you it is also important to be considerate of everyone else. Other people may be sensitive to certain smells, or oils could affect a medical condition you don’t know someone has, so I usually use take my Foojin with me. You may ask what is a Foojin? Well it is a personal diffuser that I love to use just for me!! You can find it on my website at another way is to use a roll on when you are in the airport or on the plane.

Below you will find some blends that will aid with issues that most people deal with when they travel. Please feel free to also play with what oils you have to get the relief you need.
