Essential oils help relieve foot pain because of their chemical properties such as analgesic, stimulant, anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic. All these properties assist in reducing inflammation, which may be your root cause of the pain, some of them will numb down pain due to their high menthol content, like peppermint and also helps promote the flow of more oxygen and nutrients to the painful site, which then will promote speedy healing.
